Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of these services, special refund conditions apply.

Once a user receives access to:

  • Premium educational content

The service is considered partially or fully delivered.
Because digital content can be consumed immediately, refunds may be limited after access has been granted.

Refund eligibility depends on the amount of preparation, scheduling, and delivered sessions.
Once scheduling or preparation work has started, partial refunds or service credits may apply instead of full refunds.
Custom enterprise plans and tailored educational services are generally non-refundable once project planning or curriculum customization begins.

6. European Union Customers

If you are located within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
